- MINDBODY. When a user has purchased a membership through Peerfit for your facility, the user will be able to reserve classes under their membership and will show on your MINDBODY roster with their name and Peerfit Unlimited Membership listed below it.
Not using MINDBODY? No problem. Once a user has completed their membership purchase through Peerfit, you’ll automatically receive a membership purchase receipt. Using the details from the email, add the user to your booking system.
- How does a user remain active? A user must visit the studio or gym at least once before their renewal date in order for their membership to stay active. Users can keep their memberships active by either checking in through their Peerfit app when they visit or by reserving a class under their membership through Peerfit.
- How will I know which members are active and inactive? At the beginning of each month, Peerfit will automatically send you a member status report. We recommend deactivating any inactive members from this report.
