Peerfit Move's cancellation policy applies to all reservations made through our platform. Peerfit Move reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior the class start time through Peerfit Move. Reservations with a class start time less than 12 hours away cannot be canceled.
Reservations canceled through Peerfit Move 12+ hours in advance of class start time will be refunded, unless the credits' valid to date has passed, or if the respective studio does not allow cancellations.
If a studio's reservations cannot be canceled, this will be displayed in the Reservation Confirmation on Peerfit Move and the Member must accept and acknowledge this term before reserving.
Do not cancel reservations directly with the studio or gym. All reservations and cancellations must be completed on Peerfit Move's website, mobile app, or by contacting the Peerfit Move support team.
