Peerfit reservations must be canceled through Peerfit at least 12 hours before the class start time. Do not cancel reservations created through Peerfit directly with the studio or gym.**
Reservations created with Allocated Credits:
Reservations canceled at least 12 hours before the class start time will automatically return the deducted credits to your Peerfit account. Reservations with a start time less than 12 hours away cannot be canceled. Peerfit is responsible for reimbursing a studio when a reservation is not canceled at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ALLOCATED CREDITS** Reservations created for a date in a future month will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled in the future month. For example, if a reservation created in February for a date in March is canceled in March, the credits will not be refunded. This is because Peerfit credits are only available to create reservations in the month the respective credits are allotted.
Reservations created with Purchased Credits:
When you cancel a Peerfit reservation created with purchased credits, Peerfit will refund the credit card charge associated with that credit purchase. Peerfit Credits are not applied back to the account. Credit card refunds take on average take 3 - 5 days to process, depending on the issuing bank, and up to 10 days to process.
